From a small team in Palma, we built four distinct kitchen concepts — each with its own chef, its own cuisine and its own soul — united by a shared obsession with quality.

Our kitchen team prepares every dish fresh on the day of delivery. We source locally from Mallorca's finest producers and markets.

Delivery to your berth

We coordinate with the marina and deliver directly to your vessel, packaged for easy service on board.

Invoice or checkout

Pay securely online, or if you're a Trade Partner — we send an automatic invoice. No up-front payment needed.

Ruby Catering was founded by passionate food professionals who fell in love with Mallorca and never left.

Our Story

Four kitchens. One standard of excellence.

Ruby Catering was built around a single belief: that exceptional food should be available wherever life takes you in Mallorca — on the water, at a villa, at a wedding, or at anchor in any port on the island.

Under one roof we run four distinct kitchen concepts — Ruby (Mediterranean cuisine), LUMA (breakfast & brunch), Santina (all-day brunch) and Catch (sushi & Japanese). Each concept has its own chef, its own identity, and its own soul. You can order from one or combine all four in a single booking.

Frequently asked questions

When does billing happen?

Invoices are generated automatically after each delivery and sent to your billing email. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.

Do partners pay up front?

No. Trade Partners order through the shop and receive automatic invoicing — no credit card required at checkout.

What discounts apply?

Net prices are typically 20–25% below retail. The exact discount depends on your order volume and is confirmed at approval.

How long does approval take?

Our team reviews all applications within 1 business day. During peak season (June–September) we aim for same-day review.

Can I order from multiple ports?

Yes — your partner account covers all Mallorca ports. Simply select the delivery port at checkout for each order.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order value for Trade Partners, though delivery fees may apply for orders under €150.
